With this option, members who have added their workout program to the Calendar feature can click on the Motivate Me link and enter the names and email address of their friends, family, and colleagues. Each of these individuals will receive an email about how the member would like their help staying motivating. Individuals who accept the invitation will receive an email whenever the member fails to track a workout in the Calendar feature located in their member portfolio. The email will prompt the individuals who agreed to help the user to contact the member with an encouraging message to remain committed to their fitness training goals & following good health tips.
